Shipping & Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Cost

Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend. There are no additional charges added at the checkout.

How long it takes

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days. Delivery after dispatch normally takes a further 5 to 10 working days, so most orders arrive within 7 to 12 working days of being placed.

Your order is dispatched from our supplier's warehouse, which may be located outside the United Kingdom. All applicable import duties and taxes are already included in the price you pay — you will never be asked for extra payment on delivery.

Tracking

Every order is tracked. You will receive a tracking link by email once your parcel has been dispatched. Tracking information usually begins updating 3 to 5 days after dispatch.

If your order is late

If your parcel has not arrived within 14 working days, email support@penshurstboutique.com with your order number and we will trace it for you.
