Shipping & Delivery

We deliver to addresses in Australia only. Every parcel is sent with Australia Post.

Cost

Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend. Nothing is added at the checkout: the price you see on the product page is the price you pay.

Dispatch

Every order is carefully prepared and packed by our team before it is handed to Australia Post.

Your order is dispatched from our supplier's warehouse, which may be located outside Australia. Any applicable import duties and taxes are already included in the price you pay, so you will never be asked for an extra payment on delivery.

Tracking

Every order is insured and tracked. You will receive a tracking link by email once your parcel has been dispatched. Tracking can take a few days to start updating; before that it may show nothing at all, which is normal.
