Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every order placed at portseaboutique.com. By placing an order you accept them. Please read them before you buy.

1. Who you are buying from

Port Sea Boutique is a trading name of EJ Ventures, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 96432535, Almere, the Netherlands. Contact: info@portseaboutique.com.

2. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract exists once we send you an order confirmation by email. We may refuse an order if an item is unavailable, if a price or description was clearly wrong, or if we cannot deliver to your address.

3. Prices

All prices are shown in Australian dollars and include any taxes and import duties applicable to your order. Delivery is free, so the price at the checkout is the total you pay. Where a product shows a crossed-out price, that is a price the item was previously offered at.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at the checkout. Card details are handled by Shopify's secure payment providers and are never stored by us.

5. Delivery

We deliver within Australia only, with Australia Post. Every order is insured and tracked. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns

You may return an item within 30 days of delivery. The full procedure is on our Returns & Refunds page, which forms part of these terms.

7. Product descriptions

We describe every item as accurately as we can. Colours can look different from screen to screen, and measurements may vary by up to 2 cm because garments are finished by hand.

8. Our liability and your consumer guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these terms limits those rights, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud. Beyond what cannot lawfully be limited, our liability is limited to the value of your order.

9. Complaints

Email info@portseaboutique.com. We respond within 24 hours on working days and aim to resolve any complaint within 14 days.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. This does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of the country in which you live, including the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order is the version that applies to it.
