Track Your Order
Where is my parcel?
Enter your order number and the email address you used at the checkout, and you'll see exactly where your parcel is.
Two things worth knowing before you worry:
- Tracking usually starts updating 3 to 5 days after dispatch. Until then it may show nothing at all — that's normal and it doesn't mean anything has gone wrong.
- Most orders arrive within 7 to 12 working days of being placed. Parcels are delivered by Australia Post.
